I went searching on Auto Trader for a Mini for my wife’s surprise birthday present and stumbled on Mrs MINI. I was intrigued by the “Mrs MINI” brand so clicked through to view their range of Mini’s further.
I found a lovely looking Limited Edition Mini Cooper Park Lane and called to find out more…. A posh sounding, sure-footed lady answered the phone and went “Hello Mrs Mini”! …I thought to myself, this must be some bored house wife who has been bequeathed a business by her wealthy husband…oh boy was I wrong!! This was Tracey, the owner and founder of the successful Mrs MINI car sales franchise. Her service was honest, polite, and robust. There was no salesman fluff just good old solid advice on Mini’s and guidance on purchasing one.
I chose to proceed with the purchase and after completing the purchasing formalities I went to pick up the car with my wife, who did not have a clue about the present. We got there and the car was valeted and wrapped in a bow waiting on her forecourt. It was a thoroughly refreshing and pleasant experience.
Would I buy a car from Mrs MINI again? 100% YES!

The car came with a complete service book and warranty.

What a superb little car, it met our every expectation. Tracey was so informative and honest about the car that I felt comfortable making full payment prior to seeing the car in the flesh. That indeed says something about this lady, especially coming from a retired Police Officer.
All in all the purchasing process was easy and relaxed, aided by Tracey who has an extensive in depth knowledge of MINIs. Ten out of ten and would be happy to buy my next car from her!

I was rather interested in a car that Tracey had for sale but I was a little far away, in Leeds.
