It really is the only way to describe the most amazing service that I have ever received when buying a car!
Do you remember the Beach Boys song \' saw her on the Sunday and my heart stood still, da do Ron Ron etc? Well I saw Florence, my MINI Clubman\'s name, as she is white and will take care of Coco and I as we travel around, well I saw her on the Thursday and my heart stood still etc etc and on the Saturday she was on my drive! Result or what!
Tracey was fantastic, she has even done all my private plate transfer paperwork, made sure I got home safely and even did the teeny tiny dent that Florence had for free! If you are ever thinking of buying a MINI or one of the trade in cars I just know that you will receive a fantastic service.

Well what can I say. Lots. Having brought a number of cars over the years. I have never dealt with somebody like Tracey, from start to finish with the purchase of my wonderful mini Tracey has been patient, helpful and in no way pushy (unlike most car sales people). Just bought my first ever mini and I love it. I"d had my previous car for 7 years, partly because I hate the hassle of buying cars, but Tracey made the whole process easy and fun. We found her after my husband spent hours researching on the net so we had a good feel for what was on the market. It helped my decision making a lot that I was able to chat to Tracey on the phone first to get a better idea of what model to go for.
