A few weeks after my 21st birthday, I purchased a white mini convertible from Tracey. I had spoken to her many times on the phone in the build up to my purchase to let her know exactly what I wanted and for what price. What she found exceeded my expectations and I love it to bits. Tracey was incredibly honest about when the best times of year were to get a great price for a convertible and I was very appreciative of her help. Although she does not have a fancy showroom, she does offer a show-stopping level of customer service that is unrivaled. She also has more patience than any sales person that I have ever met! Thank you so much for my little mini (Percy) and now I need you to help me install my Parrot! 🙂
