Tracey delivered my MINI as a Surprise Birthday present from my Husband last Sunday. The car came with balloons & ribbons & a huge bouquet of flowers. She had parked along the road to dry the car off before presenting it to me. What a wonderful service. Thank You so much!
My daughter wanted an automatic Velvet-Silver MINI for her birthday. Quite quickly, Tracey managed to find a good example with a very low mileage. She was happy to keep it until our drive was extended to store an additional vehicle. Tracey was there to meet me at Sunningdale station when I came to collect the MINI. I was the lady who had to part with her beautiful Pepper White MINI Cooper as I\'ve fallen in love with a four pawed fur-baby, but it was with a heavy heart as I loved this nippy, good looking little car. It\'s been just over a week since we bought our awesome, pretty MINI.
Tracey has been a sheer delight when it came to organise the viewing, set for a drive and strike a deal. Tracey is the kind of person who knows her stuff as she handled the whole process in a very professional way - swift and accurate!
We love driving our stylish Pepper White MINI and Camelia (17) cannot wait until she is able take her on the road! One slight problem we have encountered so far: who is the owner as every one in the household is claiming ownership! I, as the actual owner, might to turn to Tracey and ask for a piece of advice - I am sure she\'s got plenty in store ;-))

We’ve just brought our lovely lil MINI (Vanilla) from Tracey and I must say it’s been an absolute pleasure! You don’t normally associate customer service and honesty with used cars sales but Tracey has proved that both are possible.

Having been contacted by Tracey via e-mail with reference to my selling my MINI we agreed a price over the phone.
Tracey travelled up to Yorkshire by train to collect the MINI & paid via e-transfer over a cup of tea & my wife\'s home made cake.
Straight forward no bull. Most pleasant experience. Hope the new owner of our cherished MINI is as happy with it as we have been.
