I brought my lovely MINI from MRS MINI just over a week ago and couldn't be happier.  The whole process went so smoothly from start to finish.  Finding the right car can be very tiring with a lot of disappointments along the way but as soon as I contacted Tracey I can honestly say that was not the case.  I had emailed Tracey regarding the MINI I saw on the website, she replied within the day and from that moment she couldn't do enough to help.  Tracey was very flexible with viewing days and times, even offering evening appointments due to my location and working hours. We arranged to view the MINI on a Saturday morning, the car was exactly as Tracey had described and considering the age of the car it looked like new 🙂 I purchased that day and picked it up the following weekend.  Tracey even offered to collect me from the station as I wasn't sure I could get there.  I love my MINI and couldn't recommend Tracey enough to anyone who is looking to buy a MINI.  Her knowledge is brilliant, she doesn't pressure for a sale and is very honest. I purchased my delicious MINI Countryman from Tracey in June; and subsequently she also sold my previous car. From my first contact I felt in extremely safe hands and I cannot fault Tracey\'s knowledge and expertise. She intuitively knows the process most buyers are going through and carefully helps you to navigate through the minefield of information to make the best decision for you as an individual. Tracey is not pushy, just kind and careful. I have absolutely no hesitation at all in recommending Tracey and Mrs Mini. In fact I have already done so. Twice.

Purchased by MINI from Tracey in June, but has taken be until now to do this, but I feels it important to leave feedback as it\'s one of the reasons I first got in touch.
I couldn\'t be more happy with my MINI or the service I received, I had no idea what I wanted except that it was to be a MINI and it had to be convertible. Tracey explained the different options the different packs etc, at no time did I feel pressured I had to buy a car, Tracey just wanted to find out from me what I wanted.
We travelled from the Midlands but I\'m glad we did. If you are looking for a MINI look no further, just tell Tracey what you want and she will do her best to help you.

I've been in love with Audi TT's since they initially came out in 2002, but at the time I was 14 and for obvious reasons could not purchase one at the time. However, they have always been on my mind even whilst driving other cars over the years.

I took a break from driving for a year and was hunting high and low for the perfect car. I came across Mrs Mini and saw this gorgeous TT and contacted Tracey straight away. Tracey was very accommodating to my needs and arrange for me to inspect the car at 8pm in the evening so I didn't have to take time off work.

The car surpassed my expectations on so many levels. Tracey provided me the details of Paul at Meridian Finance whom I contacted on Saturday. The following week, the finance application started and my finance was agreed on a great rate making the whole process hassle free. The finance was agreed and I feel Tracey went out of her way to work around my schedule and even agreed to change my private plate from the original plate. The whole process was seamless and there was no pressure at any time to purchase or hand over a deposit. Really grateful to have stumbled across the car and I am so proud of my purchase. I also found the price extremely fair. Will defo recommend Mrs Mini to everyone looking for a car.

Like many other reviews on this here you never feel pressured to buy, the focus from Tracey is to make sure you walk away happy with the right choice for you. I would highly recommend Mrs MINI to anyone looking for a MINI, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future should I want to change my MINI (however, I think that’s a long way off yet!).
